So far this year, overall home sales were at 1,524 homes sold, a 25% change from this time last year. New Lakewood and M Streets Texas Real Estate listings changed 7% for the same period last year with 356 homes listed this month. So far this year, overall home listings underwent a 3% change with 2,122 homes listed. Current listings pending sale this month underwent a change of 26%, with 264 homes contracted. All listings under contract for the year to date experienced a change of 24%, with 1,676 homes under contract for this month.
